Four different temperature ranges can be selected to make sure you can find the exact one you need to be comfortable. Bought this for several reasons first for the motorcycle early and late cold rides Its perfect... has several settings depending on how much warmth you would need.. also walking the dog in colder fall and winter weather its perfect takes the chill out and keeps you warm.. On the motorcycle I wear leathers and its perfect under my coat and i can go battery or plug into bike for the long or any rides.. My check and back are the only things that get cold so this solved the problem. Awesome purchase...
